May 20th, 2011: The Young Hollywood Awards, organized by peakPRgroup of Santa Monica, was an usual a star spangled event, filled with celebs from wall to wall at Club Nokia in Hollywood, tears of joy from Elle Fanning, shy charm from Garrett Hedlund (Country Stong) and knockout beauty from Eva Mendes…Hundreds of guests shared their joy as the evening’s winners gushed and admired their new award.

Dakota Fanning's younger sister Elle scooped the Actress of the Year prize at the 2011 Young Hollywood Awards. The 13 year old accepted the prize for her role in Sofia Coppola's drama Somewhere at a star-studded ceremony in Los Angeles on Friday. The gorgeous Garrett Hedlund picked up the Actor of the Year award for Tron: Legacy while The Social Network star Armie Hammer and actress Isabel Lucas were named the Male and Female Stars of Tomorrow. Hailee Steinfeld's debut in the Coen Brothers' 2010 western True Grit earned her the Breakthrough of the Year trophy and fashionable Camille Belle was handed the Young Hollywood Style Icon honor. Ellen Pompeo presented her Grey's Anatomy co-star Jesse Williams with the TV Actor of the Year award, while Friday Night Lights Aimee Teegarden won TV Actress of the Year.
Pop punk Avril Lavigne took home the award for Artist of the Year, while Pete Wentz provided entertainment for the night by performing with his new band Black Cards.
